Oraimo is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused After-Sales Customer service Representative to join our team and enhance our post-purchase customer experience.Job Responsibilities:• Handle after-sales inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, reshipments, and logistics-related issues• Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction• Assist customers with delivery disputes, product issues, and post-delivery concerns• Accurately record issues, solutions, and outcomes for tracking and reporting• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and relevant teams to resolve cases• Escalate complex cases to the Operations Manager when needed• Complete additional tasks assigned by managementRequirements:• Strong Arabic communication skills (phone & online); basic English is a plus• Experience in customer service, after-sales support, complaint handling, or e-commerce is preferred• Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and customer-oriented mindset• Patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle complaints professionally• Strong follow-up and case-closing skills• Familiar with email, WhatsApp, Excel, and office toolsJob Objectives:• Improve after-sales response time• Increase resolution rate and customer satisfaction• Reduce complaint escalation rate• Enhance process efficiency and case closure rateIf You are interested to join our talented Team:Kindly send your updated c.v To : nada.mostafa@transsion.comMention The job Title in Email subject.
