OverviewWe are looking for a Learning QA Specialist to ensure the quality of educational content, training programs, and digital learning products. The role focuses on reviewing materials, enhancing learner experience, and ensuring alignment with learning objectives and client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesReview training content, courses, and materials for quality, clarity, and alignment.Evaluate storyboards, videos, and e-learning modules for consistency and effectiveness.Assess quizzes, assignments, and activities against learning outcomes.Validate training kits for completeness and delivery readiness.Review LMS courses before launch (content, navigation, metadata, learner journey).Apply QA processes, track feedback, and follow up on revisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear feedback.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Instructional Design, etc.).3–5 years of experience in educational QA, instructional design, or e-learning.Experience reviewing training content or digital learning products.Strong understanding of learning objectives, assessments, and learner experience.Experience with LMS platforms.Fluent in Arabic and English.SkillsStrong attention to detail and quality mindset.Clear communication and teamwork skills.Good organization and follow-up.Familiarity with QA tools, LMS, and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
