The Educational Advisor will engage with students and parents to provide guidance and solutions tailored to their learning needs. Responsibilities include assessing learning objectives, recommending English learning plans through consultations, and supporting students’ progress. The advisor will also ensure effective communication between students and instructors, addressing queries and resolving issues to ensure a positive educational experience. QualificationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to engage effectively with students and parents.Proficiency in educational counseling, consultation, or advisory services, with the ability to assess and recommend suitable learning plans.Proficient use of technology, including the ability to navigate online educational platforms and manage virtual communication tools effectively.Customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and delivering a high-quality student experience.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Background in education, English language instruction, or a related field is highly desirable.A Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
