Since its establishment in 2012, IGE has been dedicated to expanding its impact globally through a committed team of professionals.Role Overview As an Egypt Admission Officer with IGE Education - The IG Club, you will support students and parents in navigating the admissions process to international institutions. This full-time, on-site role, based in Cairo, Egypt, involves assisting prospective students with applications, guiding them through program options, and ensuring a seamless admissions journey. You will collaborate with educational institutions, provide excellent customer service, and act as a key point of contact for inquiries regarding educational opportunities.Job Description: Advisory and consultation· Conduct in-depth admissions consultations with prospective students and their families, matching academic profile, financial means, location preferences, and career aspirations to the right Egyptian private and public universities, international branch campuses including rankings, admission requirements, scholarship availability, and tuition structures.Pipeline conversion and enrollment delivery· Take handover of qualified leads from Student Success Officers; own the family relationship through the full admissions cycle · Identify and refer cross-brand opportunities (test preparation, IELTS, psychometric assessments) to the appropriate team Application and enrollment execution· Manage the full document workflow: transcripts, IGCSE / A-Level certificates, equivalency paperwork, identity documents, university-specific forms.· Coordinate with university admissions offices on application submission, follow-up, and resolution of any document issues.· Guide families through deposit, tuition, and enrollment procedures, including financial planning conversations where appropriate.· Stay engaged with the student through the first three to four weeks of university to confirm successful enrollment and capture early testimonials or referrals.Data, compliance, and ethical conduct· Maintain accurate, complete records in CRM at every stage Relationships and brand· Build and maintain working relationships with admissions teams at the universities you cover.· Represent IGE professionally in every family interaction, school visit, and university event — appearance, English fluency, and conduct reflect the brand.Qualifications· 1- 3 years of experience in admissions counselling, school college-guidance offices, university admissions, education consultancy, or client-facing roles with educated, high-net-worth families.· Comfortable with CRM systemsFluency in English is a must Strong Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and institutional representativesExperience in International Admissions and a solid understanding of global education systemsProficiency in Communication and Customer Service to manage inquiries and provide exceptional supportKnowledge of the education sector and interest in supporting student successExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in English; additional languages are a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, International Relations, or Business Management
