Its mission is to empower physicians with technology that improves quality of life, reduces healthcare costs, and enhances patient outcomes, while providing growth opportunities for its team.Duties and Responsibilities of the job EHR/EMR Support & ImplementationProvide clinical support for all EHR applications supported by Microwize, including Medisoft Clinical, Lytec MD, Aprima, and Greenway, along with practice management assistance for Aprima and Greenway integrated PM modules.Manage EHR implementations for new clients, ensuring readiness, workflow customization, and go-live success.Pick up incoming support queue calls and resolve clinical/administrative issues (charting, eRx, Clinical Bridge, scheduling, billing interfaces).Escalate unresolved issues to vendors and track until resolution.Deliver client training sessions on clinical and administrative workflows.Maintain accurate and detailed ticket documentation in ConnectWise, including project milestones and resolutions.Contribute to departmental knowledgebase through written and video training/documentation.MACRA/MIPS Regulatory SupportStay up to date on CMS, QPP, and ONC regulations related to MACRA/MIPS.Guide providers and staff on compliance requirements, workflows, and proper documentation in the EHR.Configure and optimize measures within supported EMRs to align with specialty workflows and improve performance scores.Assist providers in selecting the most relevant MIPS measures.Run performance reports, validate registry submissions, and coordinate with registries to ensure accurate and timely submissions.Host educational webinars and provide ongoing client education about regulatory updates.Maintain compliance documentation and progress logs within CRM.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacology, or another relevant medical field.Previous experience in EMR/EHR support, training, or implementation is preferred.Familiarity with MACRA/MIPS rules and CMS quality reporting programs is preferred.Previous knowledge of EMR/Clinical software such as Medisoft Clinical, Lytec MD, Aprima, Greenway or similar software is a plus.Experience in clinical documentation, onboarding, and healthcare scheduling platforms
