The role will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational reliability and continuous uptime of electrical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport senior engineers in implementing long-term electrical infrastructure plansParticipate in learning initiatives to align with organizational goalsAssist in monitoring and maintaining electrical systems for continuous uptimePerform routine inspections and report anomalies to senior staffProvide input on cost-effective solutions during procurement and maintenance activitiesTrack usage of spare parts and materials under supervisionCollaborate with mechanical, IT, and operations teams to support facility performanceCoordinate with contractors under the guidance of senior engineersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsGood communication and documentation skillsBasic knowledge of electrical systems such as UPS, switchgear, generators, and PDUsFamiliarity with electrical codes, standards, and compliance requirementsFluent in EnglishAbility to support electrical system monitoring and maintenanceAbility to identify and report operational anomaliesAbility to collaborate with engineering and operations teams
