This executive-level role is responsible for strategic financial management, budgeting, treasury, reporting, governance, and supporting senior leadership in long-term business decision-makingKey Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all finance functions, including Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Financial Planning, and Reporting.Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth, profitability, and risk management.Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Manage group cash flow, liquidity, funding requirements, and banking relationships.Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.Oversee the preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements and management reports.Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when required.Support commercial decision-making through financial analysis, pricing strategies, and profitability assessments.Lead relationships with auditors, tax advisors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.Establish and strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial policies across the organization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance.Proven experience in a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent senior leadership role.Professional certifications are required such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, MBA, etc.Experience managing multi-entity or group-level financial operations.Experience in budgeting, treasury management, financial reporting, and strategic planning.Exposure to listed company requirements is considered an advantage.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).Budgeting and forecasting.Treasury and cash flow management.Financial reporting and management reporting.Group consolidation and audit managementTax planning and compliance.Financial modeling and investment analysis.Risk management and internal control.Corporate governance and policy development.Cost optimization and performance management.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Experience with ERP systems and financial management software.Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting applications.Fluent English and Arabic, both written and spoken.Ability to lead large finance teams across multiple business units.Ability to translate business strategy into financial plans and actionable insights.Ability to present financial information effectively to executive leadership, boards, and investors.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to ensure compliance while driving operational efficiency and business growth.
