Location: New Cairo, CairoIndustry: HR Consulting & OutsourcingKey Responsibilities:Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.Review attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.Calculate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and final settlements.Ensure compliance with labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations.Manage employee registration and deregistration with Social Insurance.Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.Prepare payroll reports and support audits.Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries.Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary payments.Identify and implement payroll process improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.2 years of proven experience in payroll.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR system
