Operations & MaintenanceMonitor and maintain electrical systems, including power distribution panels, lighting systems, generators, transformers, UPS systems, and related equipment.Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for all electrical systems.Troubleshoot electrical faults and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime.Coordinate with technicians and contractors for maintenance activities.Facility Management SupportEnsure smooth operation of building electrical services.Support daily facility operations and respond to electrical emergencies.Assist in managing energy consumption and recommending efficiency improvements.Coordinate with other departments (HVAC, Mechanical, Civil, Safety) to ensure integrated facility operations.Safety & ComplianceEnsure all electrical work is performed according to safety standards and regulations.Conduct routine safety checks and identify potential hazards.Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and company HSE procedures.Prepare incident reports related to electrical issues when required.Documentation & ReportingMaintain maintenance logs, inspection records, and technical reports.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on electrical activities.Update drawings and technical documentation when modifications occur. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.1 to 3 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, or related field.Good knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and maintenance practices.Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning.Good command of English is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Skills & CompetenciesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.Good communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and commitment to safety.Time management and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in commercial buildings, compounds, malls, hospitals, or corporate facilities.Knowledge of BMS systems is a plus.OSHA / Safety training is an advantage.
