Ensure electrical installation and maintenance duties are performed safely. Monitor work order and production reports for recurring/developing problems and lead efforts to eliminate problems. Analyze any abnormal indicators to determine the root cause. Keep records of all maintenance and repair work conducted, including a record of any supplies ordered and used. Perform all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety, and environmental regulations and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures. Ensure all routine maintenance work is handled on a regular schedule to reduce the risk of larger and more complex issues and to reduce costs. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. 3:5 years of experience (Familiar with industrial electrical systems) Good problem-solving skills. Good communication skills.
