Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Presales Engineer based in Giza. The role involves providing technical support and conducting presales activities, including preparing solution proposals based on customer requirements and ensuring proper integration with existing systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and addressing concerns related to product compatibility, functionality, and security. Additionally, the role requires coordination with technical teams for successful solution implementation. Qualifications Strong expertise in Technical Support and ability to resolve customer queries effectivelyExperience in Presales activities, including creating proposals and presenting technical solutionsKnowledge of Sales processes and collaboration with sales teams to address client requirementsFamiliarity with system Integration to ensure seamless implementation with existing infrastructureUnderstanding of Security principles and designing solutions with robust security measuresExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and clientsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldExperience in the power quality or electrical engineering industry is a plus
