About the RoleUniPower is looking for an Electrical Presales Engineer specialized in data center and critical infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will support the sales and engineering teams in reviewing RFQs, preparing technical solutions, developing BOQs, and supporting professional technical and commercial offers for mission-critical facilities.The role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems for data centers, telecom facilities, and critical power applications.Key ResponsibilitiesReview customer RFQs, specifications, drawings, and tender documents.Prepare technical clarifications and identify missing information.Develop electrical design concepts for data center and critical power projects.Prepare BOQs, compliance statements, technical submittals, and offer documentation.Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical and commercial offers.Support value engineering to optimize cost without compromising reliability.Participate in technical meetings with customers, consultants, and suppliers.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.3–7 years of experience in electrical design, presales, or technical office roles.Experience in data centers, telecom power, DC power, or critical infrastructure is preferred.Good knowledge of LV power distribution systems.Familiarity with UPS, batteries, rectifiers, inverters, generators, and monitoring systems.Ability to read and review SLDs, layouts, specifications, and BOQs.Good command of English, especially technical writing.Good experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of ETAP, Dialux, or similar tools is a plus.Preferred ExperienceData center design or implementation experience.Uptime/Tier concepts awareness.Experience with telecom DC power systems.Experience preparing technical offers and compliance sheets.Knowledge of IEC standards related to LV systems, UPS, batteries, and earthing.
