The organization is set to become a key logistics hub in the Eastern Mediterranean, leveraging advanced infrastructure and cutting-edge technology.Job SummaryThe Electrical Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering all electrical works across large-scale infrastructure projects within the terminal. The role ensures projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with international standards while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary representative for all electrical project activities and stakeholder coordination.Manage project execution plans, including mobilization, logistics, procurement, and timelines.Oversee electrical design reviews (load flow, short circuit, protection coordination) and ensure compliance with standards.Lead procurement planning and vendor management for electrical equipment and systems.Supervise site activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and energization.Ensure adherence to quality standards, inspection protocols, and documentation processes.Drive project planning using tools (Primavera/MS Project), tracking cost, schedule, and performance (EV, SPI, CPI).Implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and enforce safety compliance across all activities.Manage testing & commissioning processes (MV/HV testing, relay protection, system integration).Ensure proper project documentation, including drawings, reports, O&M manuals, and handover packages.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering7–10 years of experience in electrical construction/project managementExperience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or logistics projects preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementProblem-solving and decision-making under pressureHigh attention to detail and accountabilityPower systems analysis (load flow, short circuit, protection coordination)Electrical design (cable sizing, grounding, lighting systems)Experience with switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, MCCsELV systems integration (CCTV, access control, BMS/SCADA)Testing & commissioning of MV/HV systemsPrimavera P6 / MS ProjectAutoCAD (preferred)MS Office SuiteFluent in EnglishAbility to manage multiple contractors and stakeholdersCapability to handle complex, fast-paced project environmentsStrong planning, risk management, and execution skills
