Electromechanical EngineerJob Purpose:Responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and supervising all MEP works across projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.Key Responsibilities:Review MEP designs (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.Review IFC, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.Coordinate between MEP and other disciplines.Supervise contractors on-site and ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence.Monitor progress and resolve technical issues.Review BOQs and support tendering process.Control costs and review variations/change orders.Ensure testing, commissioning, and quality compliance.Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders. Technical Skills:Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing) Ability to read drawings (Shop drawings / IFC) Proficiency in Auto-CAD *Site & Project Experience: Site supervision and execution Coordination with other disciplines BOQ preparation and specifications review *Project Skills: Cost control and scheduling*Soft Skills Knowledge of codes Problem-solving Communication & teamwork Time managementEducational Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
