Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an English Back Office Agent (Voice & Non-Voice) based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling back-office tasks including data processing, responding to emails, and managing customer information. Responsibilities also include assisting with customer service in both voice and non-voice capacities, providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date records and documentation. The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
