Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries in English, guiding users through Tabby’s products and services, and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. The role involves clarifying complex information in clear language, documenting interactions accurately, and escalating cases when needed to ensure timely resolution. Team members collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to share feedback, follow support procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience.
