Role Description This full-time on-site role for the English Customer Support UAE Project is located in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to international clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a professional and efficient manner. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns, and representing the organization with integrity and professionalism. Qualifications Proficiency in English and experience with English Teaching or TrainingStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenBackground in Customer Service with a focus on building strong client relationshipsKnowledge of Translation for effectively assisting diverse customer needsA positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentFlexibility to adapt to different customer needs and operational requirementsExperience in a BPO or customer support environment is a plusHigh school diploma required; additional language certifications or relevant training are advantageous
