Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Representative will manage customer inquiries, deliver exceptional service, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide solutions to customer challenges. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with concerns, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Qualifications Strong foundation in Customer Support and Customer Service skillsProven ability to ensure high levels of Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solvingAbility to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProficiency in using customer support software and tools is advantageousFluency in English is required; additional languages are a plusPrevious experience in a customer support role or related position is preferred
