Its goal is to meet local educational and administrative needs through flexible offerings such as teacher training, e-learning, and tailored course and textbook recommendations.Role Description The English Instructor will deliver engaging English language lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels, following E-planet’s curriculum and teaching methodologies. This part-time, on-site role is based in Cairo, Egypt, and involves planning and preparing lessons, selecting appropriate materials, and integrating digital tools to support learning. The instructor will assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and classroom participation, providing constructive feedback to support improvement. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate attendance and performance records, communicating regularly with learners and, when applicable, guardians about progress, and contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom environment. The role may also involve participating in teacher training sessions, collaborating with colleagues on best practices, and supporting administrative tasks related to course delivery.QualificationsStrong instructional skills in English Teaching, Teaching, and Language Teaching, with the ability to adapt methods to different learner needs and levels.Background in Education, with a solid understanding of pedagogical principles and classroom management strategies.Proficiency in Writing, including the ability to model accurate written English and provide clear feedback on student work.Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are preferred.Excellent command of spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and the ability to create an inclusive, learner-centered classroom.Previous experience teaching English in a classroom or training environment, ideally within language schools or similar educational settings.Comfort using educational technology and digital learning materials to enhance instruction and student engagement.Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting schedules, and a collaborative approach to working with academic and administrative teams.
