The teacher will plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned English lessons that build literacy, comprehension, writing, and speaking skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and resources, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will also manage classroom behavior, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student learning and well-being. Additional duties include contributing to curriculum development, participating in staff meetings and professional development, and supporting school events and activities that enhance the student experience.Qualifications Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with proven experience delivering the British Curriculum at primary level (Years 5/6).Effective Lesson Planning abilities, including differentiation, assessment for learning, and use of varied teaching strategies.Background in Education, such as a degree in Education or English, and relevant teaching certification or qualification.Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, constructive feedback, and professional interaction with students, families, and colleagues.Demonstrated classroom management skills and a student-centered, inclusive approach to learning.Experience integrating technology into teaching and learning to support engagement and progress.Commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and the holistic development of learners.Previous international or British Curriculum school experience is an advantage.
