The role focuses on ensuring accurate, fair, and consistent assessments while identifying candidates’ strengths and areas for improvement in line with project requirements.Job Requirements:Professional Requirements:Previous experience in language assessment or teaching English is a plus.Excellent command of the English language (B2+ to C1+ in both written and spoken).Strong understanding of English grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.Familiarity with language assessment tools and evaluation techniques is preferred.ESL, TESOL, or TEFL certification is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Strong attention to detail and ability to provide objective evaluations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Personal Qualifications and Skills:Strong analytical and observation skills.Ability to assess candidates from diverse backgrounds objectively.High level of professionalism and integrity.Good time management and ability to handle volume efficiently.Team player with strong interpersonal skills.Adaptability and willingness to learn.Punctual, committed, and detail-oriented.
