They will identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients across various industries.Develop sales plans and revenue forecasts to achieve annual business targets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.Lead market expansion initiatives and support the launch of new services and solutions.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.Lead client acquisition efforts through networking, industry events, referrals, and strategic partnerships.Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.Drive the preparation and submission of proposals, RFPs, commercial offers and contract reviews.Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales process.Act as an escalation point for strategic client matters during the pre-sales phase.Ensure all proposals and contracts align with company objectives and risk management guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related fieldMBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within a contact center, BPO, or outsourcing companies.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing large-scale deals
