The person in this position will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in CRM systems, following up on pending requests, and escalating complex cases when needed. The representative will adhere to quality and performance standards, meet defined KPIs, and contribute feedback to improve processes and customer experience. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery is an essential part of the role.QualificationsStrong customer service and client support skills, with the ability to manage inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution in a professional manner.Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, including active listening and clear, concise interaction with diverse customers.Proficiency with computers and common office software, and the ability to learn and use CRM and contact center tools efficiently.Solid problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions.Ability to work on-site in Cairo in a full-time shift schedule, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or BPO environments is an advantage.Graduates/Gap Year/Drop Out Job Details •Morning Shifts •2Days Off Fixed •Location Abassia •Training Paid •Net Salary 15,500 LE
