Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt for an English Teacher. The English Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive classroom instruction, and evaluating student progress in the English language. Other responsibilities include fostering critical thinking, encouraging a passion for reading and writing, and participating in school activities and events. Collaboration with colleagues to align curriculum and maintain high teaching standards is also an essential part of the role. QualificationsStrong command of the English language, with excellent communication and presentation skillsProven experience in crafting lesson plans and delivering classroom instructionExpertise in English Language Arts, including literature, grammar, writing, and comprehensionAbility to assess student performance and provide constructive feedbackProficiency in using digital tools and technology for teaching and classroom managementBachelor's degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field (required); teaching certification or equivalent qualification is preferredStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleaguesCommitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment
