Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an English Technical Support (C1) professional, based in New Cairo. The role requires providing high-quality assistance through resolving customer inquiries and technical issues promptly and effectively. The successful candidate will also handle troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation processes while ensuring excellent communication with clients. Additional responsibilities include contributing to training efforts and assisting in enhancing customer experience. QualificationsStrong command of English language skills, equivalent to C1 level, with experience in English Teaching or Translation.Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to efficiently address inquiries and resolve concerns.Experience in delivering Training or mentoring to enhance customer support proficiency.Ability to think critically and resolve technical issues effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach.Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
