ERP Developer (Mid-Level)Location: Onsite – Cairo, Egypt Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the PositionVeipex Technology LLC is seeking a highly skilled ERP Developer to take full ownership of ERP solution design, development, customization, and implementation. This role requires a professional who can operate independently, ensuring that enterprise systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining responsibility for the technical delivery lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesERP Development & CustomizationDesign, develop, and maintain ERP modules using Python (Frappe framework) and C#.Independently manage the ERP lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.Customize workflows, dashboards, reports, and business logic to meet operational requirements.Develop and extend ERP applications within Frappe / ERPNext.Integration & Data ManagementIntegrate ERP systems with APIs, third-party applications, and internal platforms.Design and optimize database schemas and queries (SQL / Oracle DB).Manage data migration, validation, and synchronization processes.Oracle ERP DevelopmentDevelop and enhance custom components within Oracle ERP environments.Utilize Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and reporting tools to ensure system stability and performance.Safeguard data integrity and optimize system efficiency.System Ownership & SupportTroubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues promptly.Apply best practices for security, scalability, and performance.Produce comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.Additional ResponsibilitiesConduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, including testing, deployment, and user training.Establish and enforce coding standards, version control, and deployment protocols.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with operational workflows.Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ERP systems.Contribute to the knowledge repository and maintain technical documentation for future reference.Participate in system audits and compliance reviews to ensure ERP solutions meet organizational standards.Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and role-based access control.Continuously evaluate and improve ERP performance, scalability, and integration capabilities.Required Qualifications2–5 years of ERP development experience.Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory) and C#.Hands-on experience with Frappe / ERPNext, Odoo, or NextERP.Solid background in Oracle ERP systems and Oracle databases.Strong SQL skills; PL/SQL experience is advantageous.Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and Git/version control.Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of ERP implementation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ERPNext implementations.Exposure to cloud hosting, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, finance, or operations-heavy environments.Knowledge of ERP security and role-based access control.Why VeipexAt Veipex Technology LLC, we are committed to driving digital transformation across the MENA region.
