About the Role:Responsible for end-to-end activation, configuration, and testing of B2B enterprise connectivity services — spanning ISP network infrastructure and customer-side CPE equipment. The role manages field installation, technical troubleshooting, and customer handover to ensure seamless service delivery.Roles & Responsibilities:Activate and test B2B services end-to-end across ISP network and customer CPEs.Configure and test routers, modems, and related CPE hardware for proper operation.Activate and troubleshoot 3G SIMs and wireless connections with relevant teams.Review next-day installation plans and confirm readiness of all required components.Coordinate workload distribution and manage field technicians during on-site installations.Liaise with customers during activation phase for router configuration and issue resolution.Conduct site surveys and recommend applicable connectivity solutions.Capture customer-signed installation reports and upload to the order management system.Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to relevant stakeholders.Conduct periodic technical training sessions for team engineers.Required Qualifications:B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.2 years of hands-on experience in telecom/ISP field operations or enterprise service delivery.Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and basic routing concepts.Experience configuring routers and modems (Cisco, Huawei, or equivalent).Familiarity with wired (fiber/copper) and wireless (3G/LTE) connectivity activation and testing.Layer 1–3 troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
