About the role:Leads end-to-end planning, design, and deployment of enterprise and gated community connectivity solutions — spanning GPON, IP infrastructure.Roles & Responsibilities:Capacity planning for Gated Communities & Business Parks (GPON, backhauling, active components).E2E planning of residential services: Broadband, Fixed Voice, IPTV, SMATV.Prepare BoQs and network designs for gated communities telecom solutions.Support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to GPON, IPTV, SMATV, and broadband services.Required Qualifications:B.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.1–2 years of hands-on experience in networking/GPON solutions.Strong knowledge of: GPON, IP networks, SD-WAN, DevOps.Experience with Networking and FTTx & GPON networks.
