Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor Project HSE Plans.Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements.Monitor contractor performance and enforce HSE standards across project sites.Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.Prepare and present HSE performance reports to clients and management.Conduct risk assessments and review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure safe project execution.Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage HSE documentation, records, and compliance reporting.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred).Extensive infrastructure HSE experienceOSHA Certification (Mandatory).ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Auditor Certification (Preferred).PMP Certification is an advantage.Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment.Previous experience within PMC/Consultancy environments is mandatory.Proven experience in infrastructure projects(Roads - Utilities- Excavation-Earthworks)Strong experience in HSE Management SystemsRisk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)Incident Investigation & ReportingSafety Audits & Compliance ManagementExperience managing multi-contractor project environments.
