Corporate EHS LeaderOur company is a leading multinational production company in Chemical sector, and we are now looking for an Environment, Health and Safety Leader in Global EHS DepartmentRequired Qualifications:University degree in Safety, Environmental or Chemical, Mechanical Departments or related Engineering or relevant equivalent departments.Preferably 3-5 years of EHS experience in chemical Industrial, Plants, Warehouse, Field-Costumer Area or Commercial OperationsFluent in English and Arabic speaking is a must. Preferably French additionally, if possibleGood knowledge of PC and MS Office applicationsGood communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and develop teamsAbility to work as a self-motivated team memberStrong problem solving and result orientation skillsResident in Cairo - EgyptNo military obligation for male candidatesHaving a driver's license and being active driving to visit the regional office and its teamsAbility to travel in MENA abroad countriesJob Description:Environment, Health and Safety Leader is responsible for planning, coordination and control of the Environment, Health and Safety issues in the MENA (Middle East and Nort Africa) commercial operations and support to Supply Chain operations. The position is part of EHS MEAIR Region and Global EHS Team.Key responsibilities are;Updating Health and Safety instructions acc. to global and local regulationsIdentifying training needs for global and local procedures and fulfilling these needsPreparing legal declarations and report of global EHS KPI’sEnsuring health and safety Global EHS guidelines are followedEHS support for MENA (Middle East and Nort Africa) commercial employees and activitiesEHS support for KSA Warehouse, Implementation of EHS Warehouse Assessment, support CAPEX project, follow-up ActionsAuditing, Responsible Care Management at Plant in MEAIR Region.Drive Corporate EHS Objectives & Targets implementation and Implement of EHS Management System activities in MEAIR region.Drive Corporate EHS programs and EHS Field Safety management implementation and monitor program effectivenessBuild, organize and deliver training courses, provide coaching to commercial employeesOrganize safety activities for commercial team, i.e. customer site safety inspection and support to Plants, Supply Chain OperationsPrepare-Implement or improvement of EHS Training, Risk assessments, sales training day, SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), Job Safety Analysis, Job Safety ObservationsLead incident / accident reporting and investigationsSupport to safety culture for MENA (Middle East and Nort Africa) commercial operationsSupport to implement and improve Global EHS Management program MEAIR Region
