1-Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all mechanical equipment in concrete plants.2-Lead corrective maintenance activities and troubleshoot mechanical failures efficiently.3-Supervise maintenance activities for batching plants, mixers, conveyors, and aggregate handling systems.4-Supervise maintenance activities for batching plants, mixers, conveyors, and aggregate handling systems.5-Ensure the proper operation of crushers, screens, and material feeding equipment.6-Perform maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in concrete production facilities.7-Supervise the maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, motors, and rotating equipment.8-Monitor and maintain concrete batching equipment and associated mechanical systems.9-Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.10-Develop maintenance schedules and shutdown plans to minimize operational disruptions.11-Ensure proper lubrication management and condition monitoring programs.12-Perform inspections and reliability assessments for critical equipment.13-Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities.14-Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend critical spare requirements.15-Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations teams.16-Review and update maintenance procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation.17-Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance standards, and company procedures.18-Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and plant efficiency.19-Analyse maintenance KPIs and prepare performance reports.20-Support cost reduction initiatives and optimize maintenance expenditures.21-Supervise contractors and external maintenance service providers.22-Train and mentor maintenance engineers and technicians.23-Participate in equipment upgrades and plant expansion projects.24-Submit technical recommendations and maintenance reports to the Mechanical Maintenance Section Head.25-Perform any other duties assigned by management within the scope of work.
