Company Description:- ICPM one of bin laden companies group in Egypt which products all materials for construction projects like aluminum, glass, wooden, precast, cements products, metal and steel, ready mix concrete. -:Job SummaryDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.Identify and secure new projects related to aluminum works, facades, curtain walls, windows, doors, woodworks, joinery, and interior finishing.Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and key decision-makers.Follow up on tenders, project opportunities, and market leads.Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.Lead and support the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.-:Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop new business opportunities within the Aluminum and Woodworks sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.Follow up on project opportunities, tenders, and commercial proposals.Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve business targets.Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.Lead and support the sales team to maximize performance and revenue growth.
