This role is pivotal in shaping technical responses to RFPs, collaborating with partners and directors across member firms, and driving solution excellence from presales through delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end solutioning process for Oracle ERP and cross-pillar engagements (EPM, HCM, SCM, CX, OCI).Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective Oracle-based solutions tailored to client requirements.Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop compelling technical proposals, solution blueprints, and delivery models in response to RFPs.Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to validate solution design, delivery approach, and risk mitigation strategies.Support pre-sales activities including orals, demos, and technical deep dives.Provide architectural governance and oversight during early stages of delivery.Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and solutioning frameworks within the Oracle Tower.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in Oracle solution architecture, with at least 3 years at a senior leadership level.Proven expertise in Oracle ERP and at least one other Oracle domain (e.g., EPM, HCM, SCM, OCI).Strong background in technical presales, delivery leadership, and consulting.Demonstrated experience in leading RFP responses and crafting winning proposals.Deep understanding of Oracle reference architectures, integration patterns, and deployment models.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsOracle certifications in architecture or cloud technologies.Experience working in a Big Four or global consulting environment.Exposure to public sector or regulated industries is a plus.Familiarity with BCS Architecture certification or equivalent frameworks.
