Our Graduate Program offers an exciting opportunity for motivated graduates to develop into professional Scrum Masters. This structured program provides hands-on experience, training, and mentorship to help you grow into a key role supporting our Agile teams. We are looking for fluent German-speaking graduates who are passionate about Agile methodologies and eager to facilitate high-performing teams in a collaborative, international environment.Your Responsibilities Facilitate and support Agile Scrum teams in delivering high-value products. Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices to maximize value delivery. Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, prioritized product backlog. Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Track and communicate team performance metrics to identify areas for growth. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to promote Agile best practices across the organization. Contribute to building a positive team environment that supports openness, respect, and accountability. Your Profile Recently graduated (or final year) in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Scaled Agile. Fluent German and English communication skills. Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, organized, and eager to learn. Team player mindset with a passion for fostering collaboration. Previous experience with Agile (internships, university projects, or certifications) is a plus.
