Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution Assist in planning all hotel events (corporate, group, social, wellness, branded activations) Prepare detailed event flows, timelines, and operational checklists Coordinate event requirements with internal departments Support on-ground setup, execution, and breakdown Ensure all events meet Casa Cook quality and brand standardsCorporate Groups, Revenue & Upselling (CORE FOCUS) Support handling of corporate and group event requirements Assist in creating event flow proposals for group events Identify and upsell event add-ons, including:o AV setup (sound systems, lighting, screens, microphones) o Production materials (stage, branding, signage, décor) o Entertainment (DJs, live music, workshops, performances) o Special experiences (cocktail receptions, themed dinners, activations) Assist in preparing cost breakdowns and add-on summaries Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to align offers and contracts Track approved add-ons and ensure proper execution on-siteC. Leisure Programs for Groups (REVENUE-DRIVEN) Propose curated leisure and experience programs for corporate and group guests, such as:o Wellness sessions (yoga, breathwork, meditation)o Team-building activitieso Beach and sunset experienceso Creative workshopso Local and destination-based experiences Prepare leisure program schedules aligned with group agendas Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external partners Assist in pricing, upselling, and execution of leisure activities Collect guest feedback to improve future programs D. Sales & Internal Coordination Coordinate closely with the Sales team from inquiry to execution Participate in internal group briefings when required Prepare internal event and leisure briefs for departments Ensure smooth handover from Sales → Events → Operations E. Guest Experience & Engagement Support group guest communication related to events and leisure activities Assist with registrations, attendance tracking, and flow management Be present during events and activities to support guests Collect guest feedback and observations F. Marketing & Content Support Coordinate with the Marketing & Content team for promotion of events and group programs Assist in gathering content during events and activities Support preparation of event descriptions and basic captions Ensure correct information is shared across guest communication channels G. Administration & Reporting Maintain organized event and group files Assist with budget tracking and upselling revenue follow-ups Prepare post-event reports including: o Attendance o Revenue generated (upselling & leisure programs) o Guest feedback Update the events and group activities calendar 2️) KPIs & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Revenue generated from group upselling Number and quality of leisure programs sold to groups. Smooth execution of corporate and group events. Quality of coordination with Sales and Operations. Guest satisfaction and feedback scores.
