Job Summary:The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and growing a client base across corporate, associations, and MICE segments. The role focuses on generating business for El Gouna and Taba Heights through proactive sales efforts, including prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management.The candidate will actively identify new opportunities, support in negotiating rates for accommodation and meetings, and contribute to achieving revenue targets in line with the destinations’ commercial objectives.Key Responsibilities:Proactively search for and develop new corporate and MICE business opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with new clients and assigned accountsConduct sales calls, including cold calls, meetings, and presentationsSupport in negotiating rates and preparing proposals in line with company strategyAchieve assigned targets for revenue and room nightsCoordinate with internal departments (Reservations, Revenue, Operations) to ensure smooth executionMonitor market trends and competitor activitiesQualifications:Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in the hotel or hospitality industryStrong interest in sales, particularly within corporate and MICE segmentsGood communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsFluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
