Key Responsibilities:1. Executive Support Provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior management Manage calendars, meetings, and official communications Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries Handle confidential documents with professionalism2. Administrative Coordination Act as a link between management and employees Coordinate internal communications and administrative tasks Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Follow up on requests to ensure timely completion3. HR SupporAssist in recruitment coordination (interviews, candidate communication) Support HR documentation and reporting Coordinate between HR, management, and employees4.
