Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.Organize and maintain filing systems and company records.Assist in planning and coordinating company meetings.
