As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems.Job DescriptionManage and supervise the Segment organizational unit to achieve defined objectives and KPIsLead direct reports by defining objectives, providing clear instructions, and monitoring performanceEnsure adherence to standards, governance requirements, and process executionIdentify improvement opportunities and implement measures to enhance team performance and service deliverySupport professional development of team members through coaching, training needs assessment, and succession planningQualificationsEducation & Language: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) or Operations Management; Six Sigma certification preferred.
