Job Summary:We are seeking an elite Executive Assistant who operates as a strategic extension of our MD and CEO. This is not a traditional administrative role; you will be the gatekeeper, the navigator, and the "enforcer" of their priorities. Based in Egypt but fully integrated into our London leadership team, you will manage the high-velocity flow of a fast-paced executive office where precision is non-negotiable and "good enough" isn't an option.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Inbox & Communication Management· Triage & Resolve: Manage high-volume inboxes for both the MD and CEO. You don't just "sort" mail; you draft responses, resolve queries independently, and ensure only the most critical items reach their desk.· Tone of Voice: Mirror the executives' communication styles to handle correspondence with internal teams and external stakeholders seamlessly.2. Complex Calendar "Tetris"· Master Scheduling: Manage complex, shifting calendars across multiple time zones (GMT/EET).· Buffer Management: Proactively protect the executives' "deep work" time, ensuring meetings are optimized and travel/prep time is accounted for.3. Strategic Meetings & Governance· High-Level Minute Taking: Attend board-level and strategic meetings. You must be able to distill complex discussions into concise, accurate minutes.· The Follow-Up Engine: You are responsible for the "after-meeting" lifecycle. You track action points, hold senior leaders accountable for deadlines, and ensure the executives are updated on progress without them having to ask.4.
