Team members are encouraged to contribute to efficient operations and consistent brand standards across all outlets.Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the CEO’s time, communications, and priorities are effectively managed. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo, Egypt, and involves coordinating the CEO’s calendar and diary, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence, draft and format documents and presentations, and manage travel arrangements and itineraries. The role includes preparing and tracking expense reports, maintaining organized records and files, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. The Executive Assistant will also support special projects, gather and summarize information for decision-making, and help maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.Qualifications Strong executive administrative assistance skills, including Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support.Proven experience with diary management and calendar coordination for senior leadership.Ability to manage expense reports, travel bookings, and related documentation accurately.Solid general Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, filing, and office coordination.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common collaboration tools.Previous experience supporting C-level or senior executives, preferably in retail or fast-paced environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
