Team members join a dynamic retail environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are key priorities.Role Description The Accountant - Receivables will manage and reconcile all customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely recording of receivables for FATA FEET CANDY STORES. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. Daily responsibilities include issuing and recording invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, following up on payments, and coordinating with store and sales teams to resolve discrepancies. The role also includes preparing aging reports, supporting month-end and year-end closing, and assisting with audits and internal controls related to receivables. The Accountant - Receivables will work closely with the finance team to improve collection processes, maintain proper documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting standards.QualificationsStrong accounts receivable experience, including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and aging analysis.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid skills in MS Excel and other Office applications.Sound understanding of basic accounting principles, financial documentation, and internal control procedures.Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Ability to work on-site full time in Cairo, Egypt, and collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications or progress toward them is an advantage.Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-location businesses is preferred but not mandatory.
