ob Summary The Executive Assistant / Management Office Lead acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving alignment, efficiency, and execution across the organization. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, taking ownership of the management office function, including KPI tracking, leadership communication, and meeting governance. The ideal candidate is highly business-oriented, capable of understanding priorities, filtering information, and making judgment calls on behalf of leadership to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic gatekeeper for the executive, assessing priorities and optimizing time allocation. Manage and drive the Management Office operations, including tracking KPIs, initiatives, and strategic objectives. Evaluate meeting requests, define agendas, and determine whether executive involvement is required or can be handled independently. Prepare and contribute to executive-level discussions with insights, summaries, and decision-support materials. Follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely execution across departments Lead internal communication on behalf of the executive, ensuring clarity, alignment, and proper cascading of information. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between departments and leadership priorities. Oversee office operations, vendors, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency.
