Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and driving measurable ROI through strategic media buying. This role requires both analytical thinking and creative collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.Develop media buying strategies aligned with business goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet performance targets.Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions).Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results.Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights and performance reports.Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with broader business initiatives.Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards.Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in media buying or digital advertising is a must.Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics. Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance. Familiarity with tracking tools and analytics platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Background in software or technology field will be a plus.Good knowledge of SEO and digital campaign optimization.
