Job SummaryThe Graphic Designer position main objective is to produce engaging and on-brand visuals across a variety of digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a good understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs that align with business goals. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project briefs and business objectives.Design and produce high-quality visual assets for:Social media platforms (posts, stories, ads, banners)Websites and landing pagesMarketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, email templates)Digital campaigns and advertisementsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product, sales) to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.Maintain and consistently apply brand guidelines across all creative outputs, ensuring visual identity alignment.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.Adapt and resize designs for different platforms, formats, and devices (desktop, mobile, print)Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Review, edit, and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final outputs meet expectations.Prepare and package final artwork files for print or digital publishing, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, formats, and quality.Work closely with external vendors (printers, agencies) when needed to ensure proper execution of designs.Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance visual communication.Ensure all visual content is optimized for performance, including file size, resolution, and platform specifications.Support internal teams with ad hoc design requests such as internal communications, employer branding materials, and presentations.Contribute to improving design processes, templates, and workflows for better efficiency and consistency. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in graphic design (or relevant portfolio).Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.Strong attention to detail and creativity.Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively.Ability to design professional PowerPoint presentations and experience using Microsoft Word both are must.Robust time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.Team player and agile persona is a must.
