Participates in the yearly objectives-setting meeting to discuss and develop the HR and operations directions, strategies, and targets.Responsible for manpower planning regarding all operations recruitment Responsible for all exit interview collection, validation, and creating the right corrective action regards to turnover and attraction analysis Managing all sites visits and area meetings for offsite/offline, handlining any related conflicts according to business need Ensure cascading any updates/changes from top management to middle managementDevelop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levelsSkillsWhat will you need?Educational Background: University graduate from any disciplines (business, marketing, data sciences, or related field)· Experience: o 0-1 years of experience in the Human Resources field· Technical Proficiency:Excellent communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsExcellent understanding of the different job descriptions excellent understands’ of fintech industryExcellent understanding to all HR practices Profound ability to perform high quality staff work with attention to detail.
