A leading and well-established Construction Company is currently seeking to hire a highly qualified and professional Executive Secretary to the Chairman.• Provide full executive and administrative support to the Chairman.• Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.• Prepare official letters, reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.• Record and prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.• Coordinate communication between the Chairman, departments, clients, and external parties.• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.• Maintain organized filing systems and administrative records.• Ensure smooth daily office operations and administrative workflow. • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Alsun (Languages), Law, or any relevant discipline.• 10–15 years of proven experience in executive secretarial and administrative roles, preferably within large organizations or construction companies.• Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written).• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.• Strong skills in drafting official correspondence and reports.• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
