The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the organization's marketing strategy, driving brand growth, increasing market share, and generating qualified leads through innovative, data-driven campaigns. This role oversees the entire marketing department, manages cross-functional initiatives, and ensures alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business goals.Lead branding, advertising, PR, digital marketing, and content efforts.Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across all channels (digital, traditional, events, etc.).Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align strategies.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI reporting.Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.Identify and implement marketing technologies and tools to increase efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).Excellent communication and presentation skills.
