The Experienced Medical Representative will promote Pharco’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals through regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, ensuring accurate and ethical product representation. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, detailing therapeutic benefits, responding to medical inquiries, and providing scientific information aligned with company guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with healthcare providers, monitoring territory performance, and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. The Experienced Medical Representative will also gather market insights, report competitor activities, support marketing initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all interactions.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, negotiation, and achievement of sales objectives.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, deliver clear product information, and maintain professional relationships.Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand therapeutic areas, product profiles, and clinical guidelines.Relevant university degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life science field is preferred.Previous experience as a Medical Representative, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry in Egypt, is highly beneficial.Ability to work independently in the field, organize schedules efficiently, and use digital tools (CRM systems, office software) for reporting and planning.Demonstrated ethical conduct, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory and compliance requirements.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
