Coordinate and manage all export shipments from origin to destination Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.) Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and export ManagerHandle any shipping delays, damages, or issues and resolve them efficiently Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation Calculate freight costs and prepare shipping quotations Monitor inventory levels related to export orders Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of goods for international transport Follow up orders updates with Planning teamFollow up Subsidy documents with Custom clearance representative Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in export logistics or international shipping Knowledge of Incoterms and global shipping regulations Familiarity with customs procedures and export documentation Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software/ERP systems Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
